Our UX team began by sketching sitemaps, analyzing the ideal way to balance a highly technical product and large catalog alongside an in-depth knowledge center that included technical specs, how-to manuals, and FAQs.
The real challenge wasn’t the sheer amount of products, but rather designing a user-centric, and simple way by which a customer could surf along with the website.
We came, we saw, and we designed the brand to make it more realistic, responsive, and great among the audience.
